Great location for starting or finishing your climb to Mt. fuji. I recommend the tatami style rooms. Own onsen with Mt. Fuji view available on the upper floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free tea and internet access. After the official climbing season Kawaguchi is very boring and most places are closed.

Arigatou gozaimasu!! Chita Guest Inn is a fantastic and cosy place, where you’ll feel at home and make a lot of friends! Kahori is a wonderful host! The hostel is close to Kyoto station, the subway and buses, so you can easily go and see all the highlights. I would definitely go back there and will recommend it to my friends!

Stayed at Chita Guest Inn, Kyoto City
Rooms are very nice and cozy. It is pleasant that there were western chairs available. We also felt safe at the ryokan. The ryokan was easily to locate from the closest station. One lady of the hotel speaks English, which was very helpful. Everybody takes great care and effort to make things comfortable for us.

Character is excellent atmosphere.(Would you recommend it to others for its originality?→)Yes,definitely!Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable & cleanrooms. Security was very safe. Staff was very helpful staff. made us feel at home. We enjoyed the private onsen. That was one of the best features of the room. We loved the Japanese style room. the tatami mattress was very comfortable. We had a good night’s sleep. We will recommend ,all our friends to visit Kojinmari! : )
