This Ryokan gave us a perfect trip to yudanaka, they were very helpful in planning transportation to the train station and back and to the monkey park as well as arranging all our meals. the service here is excellent and the staff are all warm and friendly. Hot springs were very nice and comfortable. Would reccomend this place to anyone planning a trip to yudanaka.

The room has an authentic, clean, japanese environment. The staff are all kind, friendly and always ready to help, guide and make the visit memorable. The food ,the private bath, the beds were all wonderful.

Character: Nice atomosphere.Would recommend to others. Nice public onsen& bigroom. Swcurity: Nice saftybox. Feel safe in hotel. Location: Easily found. Nice onsen at Yudanaka onsen. Staff: Syaff very helpful,attentive & knowledgeable. Would be nice to have small alarm clock & memo pad in the room.

Very nice ryokan！ cosy rooms & comfortables tatami seds. Staff were very helpful and gave great service and organised transport for us to & front & ever helped arrange lunch. Kaiseki dinner was sumptuous was delicious with a large variety. We especially loved the beef & apple jelly. Onsen were relaxing and unique and hot crowded. Good amenities provided.

We were made to feel very special night from collection at station by the individual attention given to us. Helpful and welcoming. Everyone took time to answer our slightest question, even despite the difficoulties of language differences. Our meal was exquisite;an enlightening experience. To improve, we could only suggest more written instructions in English might be helpful.(Labels to tell shampoo from conditoner,for example.) Thank you very much.
