My family and I would like to say thank you for your warm hospitality during our 1 night stay in Kawaguchiko Station Inn. We had a good time staying at your place especially we would be able to see the beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Thank you also for making bus arrangement for my family to Kyoto. Now, we’re back safely in Jakarta, Indonesia. Hopefully we can have another chance to visit Kawaguchiko again and stay at your beautiful place. Please find the pictures that you took.

Stayed at Kawaguchiko Station Inn, Mount Fuji Yamanashi Pref.

We came to Kawaguchi-ko to climb Mt fuji and found this place great. Right opposite the train station ( very easy if you have a bit of luggage) and 20 metres walk to catch the bus up to the 5th station on Mt Fuji. The staff were friendly and we had a nice sized japanese style room for the two of us with hot green tea waiting for us in our room. There is not a lot of atmosphere here as its not a hostel, but a perfect no fuss place to stay.

Kawaguchi-ko Station Inn was friendly and good value. Great location near the station and within walking distance of lake. Right in front is Mount Fuji. Bedrooms are a bit cramped but clean and comfortable. There is a lovely ‘onsen’ type spa bath. There were no secure lockers in the dorms, which would have been good. You can leave things with the front desk, but it’s not locked up there either. Staff were lovely. Couldn’t find a kitchen as such, just hot drinks corner with no sink!

Great place to say. I highly suggest getting a private room. Very classic, simple and clean. Private room is very smart. No lockbox for your valuables, but private rooms does have locks. Very convenient to everywhere. Near grocery, Lake Kawaguchiko, Bus and train station. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a cool place!. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The location is excellent adjacent to the Kawaguchiko railway station. It really is a million dollar view of Mount Fuji. The hostel is older and has a lot of character. Plenty of computers available for the use of guests. We ate the Japanese breakfast, which was wonderful value at 700 jpy. Great value, nice people, unbeatable views. Overall, a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views of Mt Fuji were spectacular, especially from the onsen. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. We especialy enjoyed the lounge, they have a section where you can dress in traditional Japanese dress and take photo’s. Also an electronic dart board, a big TV and free tea and coffee. We liked this place so much we stayed an extra night.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hostel: the onsen has fantastic views on Mount Fuji, and the dorm is very comfortable. You can have nicebreakfast for 500 yens in the restaurant. There is also coffee & tea available in the basement. The location is perfect and the staff is very helpful.

We loved the easy location and the staff were fantastic in helpings arrange the next leg of our trip, they even booked the bus for us. We arrived in the rain but they delivered blue sky and beautiful views of Mt Fuji next morning from the breaky table we watched the clouds literally melt before our eyes. The room was roomy for the 4 of us with a table, cushions and a traditional cupboard of bedding for us Yosef up as we wish. the table had a hot pot of water ready for us to make tea on arrival.

It was an excellent experience staying in traditional Japanese style accommodation. A real Ryokan. Was provided in addition typical Japanese pajamas, toothbrush and toothpaste disposable. Another strong point was that it Onsen provided shampoo and liquid soap free. The typical Japanese breakfast is more than excellent. Very well located, close to train stations and buses that can take us anywhere in Japan The staff speak excellent English. Always willing and ready to guide us to the sights.
