Everything was fine for me except that the curfew was 11pm.

The staff were very nice and very helpful. We especially enjoyed the onsen. We felt safe during our stay.

The view on the river was very nice and the ducks were lovely. The room was what we expected from a traditional one. We felt safe that we didn’t have to use the safety box in our room. The ryokan was really easy to find with the information given on the japanhotel.net website. We have done sightseeing. The staff was really nice with us. Everybody was very helpful and attentive even we didn’t speak Japanese.

The lady who runs the place is very nice - so are the staff. You don’t need to speak Japanese to stay there.
